Legislative Description

As enacted, allows any park ranger, ranger naturalist, park manager, or any other similar employee who has used an equine to carry out such person's duties as a law enforcement officer or employee of the division of parks and recreation to take possession of such animal upon the division's determination to retire the equine. - Amends TCA Title 11; Title 12; Title 38; Title 39 and Title 44.
