Legislative Description

As enacted, states that a man shall not be a legal parent based solely on scientific testing, without either a court order or voluntary acknowledgment of paternity, but such testing may be a basis for a court of competent jurisdiction to establish paternity. - Amends TCA Section 36-1-102.
