Legislative Description

As introduced, requires any issuer of a Medicare supplement policy to not deny or condition the issuance or effectiveness of any Medicare supplement policy nor discriminate in the pricing of a policy because of the health status, claims experience, receipt of health care, or medical condition of an applicant in the case of an application for a policy that is submitted within 30 days of an annual policy anniversary date in which the applicant is currently enrolled. - Amends TCA Title 56.
