Legislative Description

As introduced, requires each institution regulated by the commissioner to have a written explanation that clearly explains to the customer information concerning any fee assessed by the institution and to provide instructions for employees to clearly explain the fee information if the customer requires further explanation. - Amends TCA Title 45, Chapter 1, Part 1.
