Legislative Description

As introduced, reduces the time within which an enrollee or applicant for TennCare uninsured or uninsurable coverage must mail documentation of any change of information given to the bureau of TennCare from "30 days" to "10 days" after such change; and reduces the time a petition for appeal from an initial order of a state agency must be filed with the agency from "within 15 days" to "within 10 days" of entry of the initial order. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4; Title 56; Title 68 and Title 71.
