Legislative Description

As enacted, clarifies that a person who is subject to regulation under the Emergency Medical Services Act may be subject to discipline for violating, or attempting to violate, a criminal statute in "any" state or Canada, not just this state, if the statute involves moral turpitude or reflects upon the person's ability to fulfill such person's responsibilities; removes $25.00 limitation on reinstatement fees. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 140, Part 5.
