Legislative Description

As enacted, requires commissioner of education, in collaboration with the state-level school safety team, to develop guidelines and training for all public school administrators and human resource personnel regarding the prevention of workplace violence; authorizes the commissioner to direct up to 5 percent of the funds appropriated to the Tennessee school safety center for the development and delivery of training materials and guidelines on school safety issues.
