Legislative Description

As introduced, subject to local approval, amends the charter by revising the membership on the board of commissioners from a mayor and six commissioners to a mayor and four commissioners and to make changes consistent with the reduction in the size of the governing body. - Amends Chapter 230 of the Private Acts of 1992.
