Legislative Description

As introduced, creates a vacancy for death, resignation, removal, disqualification, change of residence or persistent absence from meetings without good cause; a vacancy shall be declared if a person fails to attend six or more meetings of the commission in any one year requiring replacement by the appointing authority. - Amends TCA Title 70, Chapter 1, Part 2.
