Legislative Description

As introduced, adds retired members of the Tennessee national guard to those who are authorized to receive discounted rates offered by the commissioner of conservation and environment for activities at state parks; requires discounted rates to be posted in a facility if the facility is one to which the rates apply; requires rates to be offered regardless of whether the state operates the facility or the facility is leased to or managed by a private entity. - Amends TCA Section 11-3-121.
