As introduced, establishes regulations governing groundwater protection standards that are no less stringent than those adopted by the American Petroleum Institute in Guidance Document HF1, First Edition, Hydraulic Fracturing Operations - Well Construction and Integrity Guidelines, October 2009 or any later revision. - Amends TCA Title 60, Chapter 1 and Title 69, Chapter 3, Part 1.
