Legislative Description

As introduced, authorizes retailers and licensees selling liquor by the drink to offer discounts in such manner as the retailers and licensees deem appropriate as long as all taxes that are due and payable are paid on the full price of the product prior to the discount being offered and as long as the sale of the alcoholic beverage is not below the cost paid by the retailer or licensee to purchase the alcoholic beverages. - Amends TCA Title 57.
