Legislative Description

As introduced, requires the executive committee of the state veterans' homes board to file quarterly reports concerning the operations of each state veterans' nursing home with the chairs of the government operations committee of the senate and the house, in addition to the present law requirement that such reports be filed with the fiscal review committee. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 58.
