Legislative Description

As introduced, changes school personnel in positions for which no teaching license is required from at-will employees to at-will employees for the first two years of employment and then employees on year-to-year contracts in years thereafter; allows director of schools to dismiss such employees for cause after giving written notice of the charges and a hearing. - Amends TCA Section 49-2-301.
