Legislative Description

As introduced, subject to local approval, revises authority of the board of trustees of the Cookeville Regional Medical Center to take certain actions subject to approval of the city council; removes limitation that defines the hospital campus as land owned by the City of Cookeville regardless of where that land is located. - Amends Chapter 49 of the Private Acts of 1999; as amended.
