Legislative Description

As introduced, allows parents to visit with their child prior to an autopsy being performed. The visitation must be supervised, and if the state has reasonable cause to suspect that the parent may have contributed to the death of the child, the contact will be limited. - Amends TCA Title 36; Title 37; Title 38 and Title 68.
