Legislative Description

As enacted, requires counsel for claimants reporting to the commissioner regarding medical malpractice claims to include information as to whether the health care provider received payment from TennCare; requires the commissioner to include such information in the annual report on medical malpractice claims. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 54.
