Legislative Description

As introduced, provides that service performed by persons providing services as leased-operators or owner-operators of motor vehicles under contract to common carriers doing interstate business while engaged in interstate commerce is excluded service for purposes of employment and wage regulations. - Amends TCA Section 50-7-207 and Title 50, Chapter 2, Part 1.
