Legislative Description

As introduced, requests the commissioner of revenue to explore the possibility of developing an on-line filing system which would permit the automatic deduction from the collector’s business account for the payment of the tax due on sales of mixed drinks and setups upon the filing of the monthly statement by the collector where the collector has supplied the commissioner with the collector’s bank account number, the bank transit routing symbols and number and an authorized signature as filed with the payee bank. - Amends TCA Section 67-4-410.
