Legislative Description

As introduced, prohibits any local legislative body from negotiating with local police association or fireman association concerning the terms or conditions of professional service if no local boards of education are allowed to negotiate with a professional employees' organization or teachers' union concerning the terms or conditions of professional service. - Amends TCA Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 49; Title 50 and Title 68.
