Legislative Description

As enacted, adds the conference of state bank supervisors and the money transmitter regulators association to list of entities to which the department of financial institutions may release confidential information concerning licensees and applicants, if such organizations enter into confidentiality agreements with the commissioner. - Amends TCA Title 45, Chapter 7.
