Legislative Description

As introduced, requires a contract entered into between a developer or owner of property and a prime contractor to include specific information concerning the manner in which the developer or owner plans on financing the project; as a condition to the finalization of the contract, such information is subject to being verified by the prime contractor. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 45; Title 49; Title 62, Chapter 6 and Title 66.
