Legislative Description

As enacted, adds offenses the conviction of which requires the offender to be on the methamphetamine registry, makes registry retroactive and revises procedure by which methamphetamine-related convictions are transmitted to TBI from clerk's office. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 4.
