Legislative Description

As enacted, makes the charging of costs against the respondent's estate permissive rather than mandatory when a conservator is appointed; adds to the requirements for the information that must be included in a petition for the appointment of a conservator. - Amends TCA Title 30, Chapter 3; Title 33; Title 34 and Title 71.
