Legislative Description

As enacted, declares a defendant who is unlawfully present in the United States and has committed certain traffic violations may be deemed a risk of flight for bail purposes; authorizes clerks to set bail for such defendants at a higher amount than normally permitted. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 40 and Title 55.
