Legislative Description

As enacted, authorizes the comptroller to access, for the purpose of conducting audits or program evaluations, the discount, rebate, pricing and descriptions of other financial agreements as submitted in a procurement or as a report to the contractor; specifies that no official, employee or agent of the state may release or provide for the release, in any form, of information subject to confidential custody under present law. - Amends TCA Section 10-7-504; Title 56 and Title 63.
