Legislative Description

As enacted, requires that the general internist member of theTennCare pharmacy advisory committee who participates in TennCare be appointed from a list of all general internists provided by interested medical groups, including but not limited to the Tennessee Chapter of the American College of Physicians. - Amends TCA Section 71-5-2401.
