Legislative Description

As enacted, specifies that from and after the effective date of the transfer of the administration of the schools in a special school district to the county board of education pursuant to present law, then the restrictions on the creation of new municipal school districts will no longer apply with such a county. - Amends TCA Section 6-58-112.
