Legislative Description

As enacted, voids contractual restrictions on a physician's right to practice medicine if such physician is employed independently of a bona fide practice purchase and is terminated by an employing entity for reasons other than breach by the employee. - Amends TCA Section 63-6-204 and Section 68-11-205.
