Legislative Description

As enacted, requires that, if a court wrongly grants a default decision imposing an obligation for child support from or against an eligible individual protected under the federal Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, the court must issue an order to the individual receiving funds that the funds be returned and reimbursed. - Amends TCA Title 20; Title 25; Title 26; Title 27; Title 29; Title 36; Title 47 and Title 67.
