Legislative Description

As enacted, provides that if a sexual offender is not incarcerated at the time of sentencing, the offender is to report to a probation officer for the purpose of giving a DNA specimen; provides that cost of sample is to be paid by the offender. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 35, Part 3.
