Legislative Description

As introduced, permits employees with valid handgun carry permits to store firearm in employer's public access parking lot provided it is in a locked vehicle and in a glove box or compartment not visible from outside the vehicle; provides employers with ability to prohibit firearms in employer parking lots in some circumstances. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
