Legislative Description

As enacted, allows state employee upon retirement to keep such employee's photo identification card issued by the state; requires sticker or other designation to be placed on the card; specifies such card may be used as valid photo id for voting purposes. - Amends TCA Section 2-7-112 and Title 8.
