Legislative Description

As enacted, authorizes towing trucks, while in the performance of duties involved with towing an abandoned, immobile, disabled or unattended motor vehicle, to display a white and amber light that is a strobe, flashing, oscillating or revolving system; clarifies use of similar lights on certain other vehicles. - Amends TCA Section 55-9-402.
