Legislative Description

As introduced, clarifies that judges may, but are not required to, order a rehearing of any matter heard before a magistrate appointed by a juvenile court, and that such rehearings shall be de novo based upon the record of the hearing before the magistrate. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 1, Part 1.
