Legislative Description

As enacted, extends the Tennessee board of court reporting, June 30, 2014; authorizes the appointment of court reporter members from lists of qualified persons submitted by interested court reporter groups including, but not limited to, the Tennessee Court Reporters Association; requires the governor to consult with interested court reporter groups before making any appointments to the board. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 20, Chapter 9, Part 6.
