Legislative Description

As enacted, requires that any public water or waterworks system, which determines to initiate or permanently cease fluoridation of its water supply, shall notify the departments of health and environment and conservation and its customers 30 days prior to any vote. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 221.
