Legislative Description

As introduced, requires employers to permit employees to carry firearms in their locked motor vehicles when parking in a parking area that is open to the public generally and confers immunity upon the employer for damages arising out of occurrence with a stored firearm. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
