Legislative Description

As introduced, increases the range of fines from $100-$500 to $500-$1,000 for any person who fails to place concise wording describing the material used to make a receptacle or container used for burial, entombment or other final disposition of a human body or remains. - Amends TCA Title 32; Title 47; Title 62, Chapter 5 and Title 68.
