Legislative Description

As enacted, allows a charitable organization to calculate reserves using the Annuity 2000 Mortality Table and other interest assumption, or other mortality table; allows organization to maintain a separate Tennessee account; allows the commissioner to designate a later time for the organization to submit an audited report. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 52.
