Legislative Description

As enacted, provides that the disciplinary counsel for the court of the judiciary is a state employee for purposes of defense by the attorney general when a civil action is commenced for an act or omission performed during the course of duties for the court of judiciary. - Amends TCA Section 8-42-103.
