Legislative Description

As enacted, requires department of labor and workforce development to implement an Internet-based system that allows employers to receive notices electronically and to submit separation information electronically; requires more information be included on unemployment insurance tax statement at request of employer. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 14 and Title 50, Chapter 7.
