Legislative Description

As introduced, prohibits vendors of services for electronic medical records from entering into or renewing contracts or agreements with health care facilities and health care providers that require indemnification of the vendor by the facility or provider or that prohibit lawsuits against the vendor. - Amends TCA Title 56; Title 63 and Title 68.
