Legislative Description

As enacted, exempts the UT board of trustees and board of regents from the requirement that a physical quorum be present at the location specified in the notice of a meeting as the location of the meeting in order to allow participation by electronic or other means of communication for the benefit of the public and the governing body in connection with any meeting authorized by law. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 7, Part 1.
