Legislative Description

As enacted, provides that unless otherwise provided by law, all courts in this state that implement an electronic court filing system pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 46 and Tennessee Rule of Civil Procedure 5B must utilize only a system provider authorized by the administrative office of the courts. - Amends TCA Title 16 and Title 17.
