As introduced, requires applicants for subsurface sewage disposal permits to notify the department of environment and conservation of percolation testing at least five business days, rather than three days, prior to the day such testing is to be run. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 65 and Title 68, Chapter 221.
