Legislative Description

As enacted, extends the statute of limitations for commission of the offense of promotion of prostitution involving a minor on or after July 1, 2015, from 10 years from the date that the minor becomes 18 years of age to 25 years from the date that the minor becomes 18 years of age. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 2.
