As introduced, requires juvenile court clerks to assess a $75.00 fee for any juvenile adjudicated delinquent for an act involving drugs or alcohol; requires fees to be deposited into a dedicated county fund and used by the county exclusively for juvenile drug court treatment programs; increases the fee charged by court clerks for drug offenses from $75.00 to $100, designating the $25.00 increase to fund juvenile drug court treatment programs. - Amends TCA Section 8-21-401 and Title 16, Chapter 22.
