Legislative Description

As enacted, clarifies that samples of wine are not subject to the privilege tax levied on the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premise consumption at the winery or on the farm winery producer's premises; clarifies that wine sold in sealed containers is not subject to such tax at the winery or on the farm winery producer's premises. - Amends TCA Section 57-3-207 and Section 57-4-301.
