Legislative Description

As enacted, expands a court's ability to admit into evidence a video recording of a forensic interview with a child to include an interview conducted by a forensic interviewer employed by a child advocacy center that is not a nonprofit corporation. - Amends TCA Section 9-4-213 and Section 24-7-123.
